How to Request a Shuttle (Homeowner)

Learn how to request a shuttle using the mobile app.

1. Open the resort mobile app.

2. From the menu, select Shuttles

3. Tap the hail icon

Note that you must be signed in. If you're not signed in, follow the steps to sign in. Homeowners, be sure to use the same account (Apple, Google, or email) that you used to create your account.

4. Choose your From and To destinations.

Note: Home is the home address associated with your account. If you'd like to change your home address please send an email to support@alpinemedia.com

5. Select the number of passengers

6. Tap Request Shuttle Now
