How to Add a Message?
Learn how to add a message
[Organization Name] > Left Navigation Bar > Messages
1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Messages screen.
2. Click the Add message button. Doing so opens the New Message screen.
3. Here, select the audience of the message from the Audience dropdown.
4. Use the Title field to enter the message title.
5. Enter the message body in the Body textbox.
6. Use the Drag & drop or select file button to drag and drop the image or choose one from your system storage.
7. Use the radio buttons under Delivery Timing to select the delivery timing for your message.
8. In case you want to link an optional destination for the message, choose that destination from the Optional Message Destination dropdown.
9. Once the required selections are made, click the Send message button.
