How to Create an Album?

[organization name] > Left Navigation Bar > Albums

1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Albums screen.

2. From here, click the Add Album button. This opens the New Album screen.

3. Here, use the Visible only to dropdown to select the users this album will be visible to.

4. In case all users is selected, click the Choose app users to access this album button in order to select the users.

5. Enter the album title using the Title field.

6. Moving further, clicking the +Add an image button reveals the drag & drop or select file and Description textbox.

7. You can either drag and drop the images or select from your system storage using the Drag & Drop or select file button.

8. Similarly, add a description using the Description textbox.

9. Once the required information is filled, click the Create button.

10. In case you want to create the album and save it as draft, click the  Create as Draft button.
